Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and protect your mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
